GOD’S ARMS OF LOVE
(Express Love No Matter What)
Pastor Chris
TO THE BIBLE
1 Thessalonians 1:2-3 GNB “We always thank God for you all and always mention you in our prayers. For we remember before our God and Father how you put your faith into practice, how your love made you work so hard, and how your hope in our Lord Jesus Christ is firm.”
LET’S TALK
A young man once said to his friend during a birthday celebration, “I’m not giving you this wristwatch because I want you to get me a similar gift as well on my birthday; it’s just a token of my love for you. God actually asked me to give you this gift.”
“Oh, it’s so nice; thanks so much,” the friend replied, “and to think that just yesterday, I asked God for something nice on my birthday. He truly hears me when I pray. Thank you, Lord Jesus.”
In expressing love to others, it’s not about what you stand to gain. It’s about your love for God and desire to do His will. So, even when it isn’t convenient, you have to walk in love. Even if those you love disdain you, continue to love them. Tell yourself, “I’m going to walk in love, no matter what.” Ephesians 5:2 AMPC says, “And walk in love, [esteeming and delighting in one another] as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a slain offering and sacrifice to God [for you, so that it became] a sweet fragrance.”
To walk with God, you’d have to love like Him. 1 John 4:7- 8 says, “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.“ Walking in love is proof that you love the Lord. Therefore, let your life be the outshining of divine love to your world.
Help those around you stand strong, and make their lives better. You’re called to be a blessing to your world. Today, consciously look out for opportunities to express God’s love.

Thank you, dear Father, you’ve blessed me in all things and caused me to live in abundance. You’ve made me a channel of love and blessings to those around me. My life is the expression of your love and righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
