Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo Devotional July 27th – Hope Has Come!

(You’re The Hope Of The World )

TO THE BIBLE: Obadiah 1:21
“Then saviors shall come to Mount Zion to judge the mountains of Esau, and the kingdom shall be the Lord’s.”

LET’S TALK
The opening scripture says, “…saviours shall come to mount Zion….” This verse certainly isn’t referring to Jesus only; it’s talking about Jesus and the Church, of which you’re a member (1 Corinthians 12:27).

The Bible states that you’re a joint-heir with Christ (Romans 8:17), a partaker of His divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). Thus, you share His love and passion to reach out to the lost and win them into the Kingdom.

Jesus did His part in obtaining salvation for mankind through His death and resurrection, and now it’s your responsibility to tell others about His saving power. You should be vitally involved in the all-important business of soul-winning together with the Lord (1 Corinthians 3:9).

Not only has He mandated you to preach His gospel, but He’s also given you the power of attorney to use His Name (Mark 16:17). In John 20:21, He said, “…As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” That means He has endowed you with everything you require for the mission.

Recognise that you’re the hope of the world. And when you commit yourself to winning lost souls to Christ and reaching out to the distressed with the love of God, you’ll be bringing much glory to Him, causing great joy in Heaven.
