(Participate In The Divine Nature)

Pastor Chris

2 Peter 1:3-4
“…His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

Now that you’re in Christ, life for you isn’t the same as you had it before. Being born again, your life is now transcendent; you live a life of glory, virtue, and excellence. It’s miracle-after-miracle with you, and you continuously walk in the supernatural. That’s how Jesus lived, and that’s how He wants you to too! He manifested the divine life, and the supernatural was His daily walk.

As a Christian, you’re a partaker of His divine nature (2 Peter 1:4); as He is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17). Therefore, like Him, we’re called to live perpetually in the supernatural through the power of the Holy Spirit. Paul in Colossians 1:29 (TLB) said: “This is my work, and I can do it only because Christ’s mighty energy is at work within me.” Just like Apostle Paul, there’s an ability working in you, and that ability is supernatural! That means your physical ability should no longer dictate or determine how much you can do; no limitations for you anymore!

Recall how Samson defeated one thousand trained soldiers of war with the jawbone of a donkey (Judges 15:15-16). The Spirit of God came on him, and he was divinely enabled for the supernatural. With us, it’s even better because the Holy Spirit lives in us. He doesn’t come and go! That means your potentials are limitless!

God’s supernatural ability is at work in you to enable you to achieve results that can’t be humanly explained. Take advantage of the divine ability that’s at work in you today! No need for excuses anymore; just live supernaturally and triumphantly every day!

Dear Father, I thank you for making me a champion and a victor forever! My spirit, soul, and body are under the dominion of your Word, and the influence of your Spirit! Your righteousness is unveiled through me today; I manifest the Christ-life, reigning and ruling over circumstances, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
